Acceptance of terms

By using Web Text Expander ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

Account registration

  • You may only register for an account using the same email address a maximum of two (2) times.
  • You are not allowed to share your email address with others for the purpose of creating or using multiple accounts.
  • Violating these rules may result in the termination of your account without notice.

Use of Service

  • The Service is provided "as is" without any guarantees of uptime or functionality.
  • We are not responsible for any loss of data stored locally in your browser.
  • Any abuse, misuse, or violation of these terms may result in the removal of your account. Locally stored data cannot be removed by us.

Paid subscription

  • Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription.
  • Subscription payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
  • Failure to renew a subscription may result in restricted access to premium features.

Lifetime plans

  • "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the product, not the user. We do not guarantee indefinite availability.
  • We do not commit to fixing errors indefinitely if they are not caused by our fault (e.g., browser updates, system changes, or third-party service failures).
  • We reserve the right to discontinue lifetime plans in the future if necessary.

Refund policy

  • Refunds for lifetime plans are only available within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.
  • For paid subscriptions, only the last month's payment is refundable.
  • Refund requests must be submitted through our official support channels and may take up to twenty (20) business days to process.
  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with this policy.
